The Fairtree Foundation (“the Foundation”) has Section 18A status as a Public Benefit Organisation(“PBO”).Therefore any donations to the Foundation are tax deductible for South African taxpayers subject to the terms of the Section 18(1)(a) of the Income Tax Act No 58 of 1962 as amended.

If you make a donation to our Foundation, we will issue you with a Section 18A tax certificate that will allow you to claim the tax deduction as part of your tax return.
